HBO Boxing, Gatti vs. Baldomir
This design was an exploration for HBO Boxing to use to promote a long famed rivalry. In addition to looking at classic boxing posters for historic relevance, we wanted to explore simple graphic techniques that could represent the force, violence, and emotion of the fight. Constrained by lack of footage and low resolution shots, this technique was also chosen to let us improvise and cover much ground with little resources.
